If you are using UCSFwpa, you are on the UCSF network and have access to all UCSF articles and ebooks. If you use UCSFguest or eduroam or any other wifi connection, you will be seen as off the network (same as off-campus.) In those cases, you will need to authenticate as UCSF to get full text.
